Another one of our lovely Egyptian brides where Nicole was at the hotel to keep the ladies on track/off to the church on time (Ella Said was doing hair and makeup for all), then focus on the Pavilion setup etc at Hotel Irvine, while Allison was at the church to get everyone ready to go up the aisle then keep the photography on time after the wedding, back to the hotel.
We love it when the zaffa dancers/drummers/musicians escort the B&G in, adds such energy/excitement to the whole event.
Seaside Strings played during cocktails which were outside on the courtyard and the lawn where the hedge wall was for selfies, Invisible Touch/Trevor did the music/mceeing in the Pavilion for the dinner/dance. Creative Cakes/Cheryl handled the wedding cake, and for a surprise after dinner the Chip N Chunk team came with ice cream sandwiches, we did that a few times in one year.
Our bride left the hotel in style, on time, thanks to Nicole who was their Day of Co-Ordinator orchestrating/overseeing everything on the day, I worked with Engie and her mom through the planning and pulled everything together. Her mom was the best!
Thanks To Engie for the pics above, the ones below are from Nicole or Allison’s cell.
thanks to Ebi and the team at Hotel Irvine, always great working with them. He has cultural weddings down to a T.
Till next time
